NIC is providing Information Technology services like software development, implementation, training, Email, Internet, Video conference to various State government departments in a district. Following are some of the E-Governance projects implemented by NIC Jalna.
For Collectorate, Jalna :
Eoffice :
Honorable Chief Minister Launched the Jalna Eoffice portal http://jalna.eoffice.gov.in on 07/05/2013. Jalna becomes the 2nd district to implement eoffice the paperless office solution in Maharashtra.
Document Management System (DMS) :
To preserve old important record the scanning of the old legacy record was carried out at Jalna Collectorate. Almost 60 lacks of pages scanning was completed. This Scanned Data was made available to the office staff from web server, this helps the employee to search a required old record at a click of mouse.
7/12 Computerization (DILRMP) :
The 7/12 Computerization of all the 8 tehsil has been done and 100% distribution of computerized 7/12 is going on, manual 7/12 distribution is stopped. The distribution of computerized 7/12 was done from the Setu centers of tehsils, Maha E-Seva Centres at Circles, and using Laptop by the talathis.
National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) :
The beneficiaries of the social assistance programme schemes namely Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (IGNOAPS), Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS), Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS) were computerized and providing the benefit to them through DBT.
Biometric Attendance System:
Government officers / servants particularly in remote areas were not punctual and not providing services to citizen in time. So almost 1500 GPRS / SMS based Biometric Attendance systems have been installed in all government offices, schools and public health centers at different level from district to villages. Attendance reported on it gets updated on web portal either by SMS or GPRS. Same can be monitored on the portal.
Record Room Information System :
The Record deposited in the Record room, was categorized in as per their importance and year of deposition. Same was neatly bundled in Basta, and details of Each file, its subject and kept in which rack was entered in the s/w. This helps to search any file immediately from the huge Record.
The scanning of the old legacy record is going on at Jalna Collectorate, by sifty technology as per DIT R.C. Till date 40 lack pages scanning is completed. This Scanned Data to be linked with E-OFFICE.
Agriculture Census :
First time the computerized Agriculture census was completed in the district with appreciation from Agriculture commissioner. The data entry work is carried out with the help of SETU operators and data is provided by talathis.
Ration Card Computerization :
Jalna is the first district to complete the online Data Entry work of Ration Cards, validation of the same data is going on at present. T he Secretary (FCS) has appreciated the efforts & selected JALNA among the Pilot district for further E-PDS Module of FPS STOCK DISTRIBUTION.
District Website :
Developed and hosted the district website http://jalna.nic.in , Information of district like geographic area, land use pattern, rainfall, census, phone nos, RTI, 7/12, prcard and various notices/ Tenders made available on the website.
